The H-1B quota for 2008 is filled. If at any time the quota opens up before April 1^st 2008, we will consider your application or If not we can consider for April 1^st 2008 for 2009 quota with an effective start date on H-1B from Oct 1^st 2008.  We want soft copies of the prior Education, which includes his/her Bachelor's and/or Master's certificates along with any Diplomas, Certifications of any of the software courses done. If a Candidate has a Masters Degree, then we need only the Bachelor's Degree Certificate (no need of Mark sheet), along with Master's Degree Certificate and Masters Marks list (consolidated Mark list).

If a person has a 4 year Bachelor's degree, then we need a Bachelor's degree Certificate along with Bachelors Consolidated Mark list. If a University does not offer a Consolidated Mark list, we need each semester or each years Mark list. If a Candidate has a 15 year Education which means a 3 year Bachelors degree, Education Evaluation will be done along with the Work Experience Evaluation, which is a very expensive process compared to the regular Education Evaluation. The time taken for this certification is also much longer compared to a 4 year Bachelor's degree or Masters.

VLS prefers not to do H-1B for candidates with only a 3 year Bachelor's Degree. There are exceptions to this, provided the candidate has outstanding experience and excellent communication skills.

In case if you have any friends/relatives interested to come to USA on H-1B who finished their BE Computers or ME Computers or MCA or any equivalents, and has a minimum of 2 years IT Experience in any of the focused technologies listed on our Website along with excellent communication skills, we will be more than happy to consider them for the 2008 H-1B quota.

 H-1B quota was filled with in less than 2 months of opening the quota for new applications in 2006 and in 2 days in April 2007 for 2008 H-1B quota. So Candidates need to plan ahead and if interested in H-1B visa, should plan to have all the paper work in place ASAP.
